It takes the whole Church to reach these goals by providing programs and support that are:

Flexible and adaptable
And the ministry must include these components:
Advocacy: How does our community integrate young people into the life and mission of the church?
Catechesis: Helps to build a deeper relationship with Jesus
Community Life: Builds an environment of love, support, and appreciation, develops meaningful meaningful relationships, and nurtures the Catholic Faith.
Evangelization: Shares the Good News of the Word Made Flesh.
Leadership Development: Calls forth, affirms, and empowers the diverse gifts, talents, and abilities of adults and teens in our faith community.
Pastoral Care: is a relationship-ministry of compassionate presence
Praise and Worship: Celebrates and deepens young person's relationship with Jesus.
