The St. Clare Preschool & Daycare Advisory Committee is comprised of the church pastor, the preschool director, bookkeeper, a chairperson, vice-chairperson, and parent representatives (two from each class).

The Committee provides support and guidance to the Director in the execution of the school's philosophy and development of school policies. It operates on the consensus model to assure that decisions are made which will best serve the entire community rather than special interests. The committee members serve a three-year term and they are available to all families who wish to provide input.
