Independence, socialization and expanded learning is emphasized in the Preschool Class:

Brooke has been teaching in preschool classrooms on and off since 2001. She enjoys working with children and is looking forward to bringing multicultural activities and cooking projects to the class. She majored in Elementary Education while in school and minored in dance with an emphasis in ballet. She has a great love for animals and hopes to bring that interest to the class, too.

Melissa has a degree in Child Study and Language Development from Southwestern University and a teaching certificate for preschool through 4th grade. When teaching children, she values the importance of learning through play. Hands-on, shared experiences are often the most memorable. Melissa also believes that communication with families is very important.
